Part # L203TT is a blank 2” x 2” bright orange label finished on a one-inch (1 inch) core. Pair this label with a ZD421 Zebra Thermal Transfer Printer and the 5100 Resin Ribbon to streamline your labeling operation. And with the free Zebra Designer 3 software, you can create your own label templates to print any information critical to your Quality Control operation including – barcodes, QR codes, serial number, material part number, batch/lot codes, dates, operator/inspector, etc.

Chemical Resistant Label

Durability meets usability. This label is purpose built for life sciences and other quality operations that require a durable label that can withstand chemical exposure, a wide range of temperatures, and abrasion resistance.

Made with 2.0 mil gloss polyester and a 1.0 mil lamination, this label has excellent thermal transfer printing capabilities. Combined with our Zebra 5100 Resin Thermal Transfer ribbon, these labels withstand most chemical exposure expected in a laboratory or medical device manufacturing setting – including isopropyl alcohol, bleach, and other cleaning agents. The polyester material ensures that the information printed on this label is crisp, clear, legible, and durable – all important aspects of labeling in life sciences.

Featuring a permanent acrylic adhesive that adheres well to a variety of suraces and a temperature service range of -40F to 302F (-40C to 150C).
