Rejected Quality Control Tag is a two sided, 4.25 inch x 2.125 inch Tag made of a bright red card stock and a brass eyelet. The Rejected Tag allows Quality Control teams to provide critical information that easily communicates the current quality status of a material, part, or device - without leaving an adhesive residue. With two sides available to write information, there is more than enough space to provide detail such as: Description, Part Number, Batch/Lot, Quantity, Reason, NCMR Number, Date, Inspector, and Notes.
