The UN3481 label is used to identify lithium ion batteries that are shipped contained in a device or with equipment.
This label meets IATA standards for the transport of lithium ion batteries. There is a field on each label that allows the user to provide a phone number for questions or concerns about a package/shipment. Properly identify battery shipments with this battery hazard transport label. Per IATA regulations, any lithium ion or lithium metal battery must be properly labeled and identified prior to transport by air. In order to meet IATA labeling requirements, this label is 4.75" x 4.5", has a 5mm wide red diagonal hash border and UN marker of 12mm height.
