The automated label dispenser dispenses small labels and die-cut parts made from paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, foil, and other materials, and is designed for small work areas. The LD3000FDA has a photosensor, which ensures that the unit peels, dispenses, and advances the label roll accurately and consistently. The liner scrap is automatically rewound for a clean working environment.

Cleanroom Built

Using a special, FDA-approved, coating on the all metal housing and stainless steel screws, this automated label dispenser is purpose built for the cleanroom. The auto label dispensing makes it easier to handle labels while gloved - speeding up and reducing frustration for cleanroom operators. And the LD3000FDA dispenser is compatible for polyester, vinyl, and other common label materials found in cleanrooms.
