L509TT White Z-Xtreme 5000T Thermal Transfer Label

Durability meets usability. The Z-Xtreme 5000T is purpose built for life sciences and other quality operations that require a durable label that can withstand extreme chemical exposure, a wide range of temperatures, and abrasion resistance.

This label is ideally suited for laboratory slide identification labeling. With excellent smear/scratch resistance and the ability to withstand extreme chemicals such as xylene, this label is expected to last for at least 3 years after applying to a slide.

Made with 3.0 mil matte polyester, this label has excellent thermal transfer printing capabilities. Combined with our Zebra's Image Lock thermal transfer ribbon, these labels withstand most chemical exposure expected in a laboratory or medical device manufacturing setting – including isopropyl alcohol, bleach, ammonia, xylene and other cleaning agents. The polyester material ensures that the information printed on this label is crisp, clear, legible, and durable – all important aspects of labeling in life sciences.

Featuring a permanent acrylic adhesive that adheres well to stainless steel, polycarbonate, and polyethylene. With a temperature service range of -40F to 300F (-40C to 149C), this label will work in most settings outside of cryogenic storage.

Part # L509TT is a blank white 0.9375” square label finished on a one-inch core and with 4 labels across its width. Each row of labels is perforated between the labels. Pair this label with a ZD421 Zebra Thermal Transfer Printer to streamline your labeling operation. And with the free Zebra Designer 3 software, you can create your own label templates to print any information critical to your Quality Control operation including – barcodes, QR codes, serial number, material part number, batch/lot codes, dates, operator/inspector, etc.
