The OUT OF SERVICE Tag allows Operators and Technicians to provide critical information that easily communicates the current status of a device, tool, or equipment - without leaving an adhesive residue. There is sufficient space to provide detail such as: Date, Device Serial Number, Location, Problem, and Technician/Name.
