S088TG CALIBRATED (SELF-LAMINATING) Quality Control Tag

CALIBRATED Quality Control Tag is a one sided, 4.25 inch x 2.125 inch Tag made of a white card stock and a brass eyelet. This tag includes a self lamination layer which covers any handwritten information on the tag. The self lamination protects the handwriting from fading or smearing. The CALIBRATED Tag allows Operators and Technicians to provide critical information that easily communicates the current status of a device, tool, or equipment - without leaving an adhesive residue. There is sufficient space to provide detail such as: Equipment, Serial Number, Description, Remarks, Technician, Inspection Date, and Next Call Date.
